Precast and pre-fired shapes

Shapes cast and fired at our works rather than on your site. They arrive dimensionally checked and already through their first heat-up, so a reline becomes an assembly job measured in hours instead of days.

02 / MATERIAL & PROCESS

Precast and pre-fired shapes

A castable poured on site has to dry, cure and be heated on your schedule, in your weather, by whoever is available. A precast shape has already done all of that under controlled conditions. What arrives on the pallet is a finished component with a known dimension.

Anchors are cast in, so nothing has to be welded through the hot face after installation.

  • 01Hours, not daysThe furnace is down for assembly time only — no on-site cure, no first-heat schedule.
  • 02Known dimensionsEvery piece is measured before it ships, so components fit the drawing on arrival.
  • 03One first firing, oursShrinkage and any first-heat cracking happen in our kiln, not in your furnace.
